When the bot runs
The bot logs in to smileunion by itself whenever its session has expired. Only a verification code or a wrong password stops it — then a red banner appears.
Due bots run side by side up to the limit above; the same bot never runs twice at once, and bots that write the same records wait for each other. A daily time missed by more than 30 minutes (laptop off) is skipped, not run late.
Writing to smileunion's portal
Off: the bot only reads smileunion's portal and shows what it would do (Webhooks tab).
On: it really clicks — Upload Simulation, comments, Request Pictures / New Impressions, Documents Received,
Trigger Case Shipped — on all treatments. Some of these email the patient.

While this is on, the bots create real cases in production KLine, In Fabrication approves
real plans, and the bots write to the production follow-up sheet. Off: only KLine staging and the
sheet's test copy.

Settings
Saved in the bot's local .env file on this computer. Passwords and keys are never shown again — type a new one to replace it, or leave it empty to keep it.
Google service account
The key file the bot uses for Drive and the sheet. Share the Shared Drive and the sheet with its email.
Safety limits that settings cannot change: the bot only writes to the test copy of the sheet, creates KLine cases only when the KLine address contains staging, and never clicks Confirm Production, Refinement, Edit or the Chatter feed (Post / Share / reply).
